WebX is offering opportunities to established businesses
to participate in the distribution, support and reselling of UltraXML across
the world. Already UltraXML is being sold in the Middle East, Germany,
Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
How do I become a reseller/distributor?
Review and agree to the pre-requisites listed below
Send your contact information to reseller including the following details:
- Web site address
- Number of employees
- Primary business focus
Licensing the Software
Licences are issued in accordance with WebX’s published terms and
conditions.
- Employ, on
a full-time basis, one fully qualified Salesperson and one appropriately
qualified technical person.
- Actively
market and promote WebX products.
- Commit to
a minimum purchase requirement per month/year.
- Maintain
an office in a commercial facility.
- Dedicate a
desktop computer and/or workstation for demonstration and support of WebX
products.
- Provide
end-user support
including installation and general maintenance support issues.
A business plan,
company financial statements, marketing plan and a site
inspection by WebX personnel might be required before authorisation.
